BACKGROUND
I lost my mom when I was three years old. I have been living with my dad, my step mothers, and my other siblings. My father is a peasant. I was enrolled in public schools from primary level to advanced level. I'm the only child that has been able to reach higher education.
WHY
I choose this line of study so that I can become an agricultural economist and agribusiness officer. As an officer, my responsibility is to support programs aimed at reducing poverty and to help improve the living standard of people who live in underdeveloped areas, where they depend on subsistence agriculture. Also, after my programme, I will graduate with knowledge and skills in agricultural economics and agribusiness, and I can provide solutions to problems in production and marketing of agricultural commodities. Agriculture provide lifelong opportunities for employment and food supply for the family. My education deals directly with the agricultural products which people are dependent on. I’m looking forward to work with the government and other organizations, which are working with the community on transformation of subsistence agriculture into businesses.
INTERESTS
I like socializing with people, to engage in relations and to connect with new people through different contexts. Mostly I like listening to music and watching movies.
